NSFW, Gore and Realism.1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy hiring my digital illustration services, the client agrees to all terms and conditions described herein. These terms may be updated periodically, and the client will be notified of any relevant changes.2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICEI provide digital illustration services customized according to the client’s specifications. The illustrations may include, but are not limited to:SplashArt, Character design and Comic-style artwork.Illustrations for commercial and personal use3. HIRING PROCESSThe client must provide a detailed description of the project. After the initial agreement, a quote will be sent. If accepted, a service contract will formalize the process. The service will begin after confirmation of the initial payment. The client is entitled to up to 3 free revisions; additional changes will be charged at a rate of $5 USD per revision.4. PAYMENTSAn initial payment of 50% of the total amount is required before starting the project.Paypal OnlyThe final balance is due before delivering the high-resolution files.5. USAGE RIGHTSThe client retains the copyright to the illustrations and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.CREATIVE PROCESS PHASES1. Thumbnails — Three quick sketches will be provided to explore initial ideas (not final sketches).2. Sketch — The chosen sketch will be refined, and upon approval, the process will proceed to the next phase.3. Color Test — Three color variations will be presented; additional variations can be requested.4. Clean-up — Linework refinement and detailing.5. Rendering — Final shading and detailing.6.
